Another funny way to enjoy on your trampoline is playing basketball on the trampoline. The basketball set offers long hours of enjoyment and, at the same time is also very challenging. The basketball set must have a safety net set up on the trampoline.

The trampoline basketball is played either in one to one team or a team of 2 persons. Each participant has to be on their own trampolines that may be around 5X5 inches in size. The trampolines have to be supported with a sturdy and strong wall for safety reasons. You can take support of the wall, if feel that at times you are loosing your balance. The net is placed at a lower distance to let the ball swing back and front of the net between the two participants.

At the back of each player is a yellow target. This yellow target is nothing, but it represents the basket for the opponent players. The method of playing the game is jumping on the trampoline and launching the ball in the target at the back of your opposing players head. At the same time, you have to take care to keep the ball away from hitting down the ground or the surface of your trampoline.

The duration of the game is about 5-10 minutes. The one scoring high by the end of the game is the winner. They can decide for who is going to play first. The players have to jump to shoot the ball or else it becomes a foul. They should not use the poles or walls for support when they are launching, or else, again it will be counted as a foul. If there is a foul, they have to give up the launching to the opposing players. You can score the points by making baskets in the opposing parties zone. The game should be played at a very safe pace and patiently. The players must first warm up themselves before starting the game. See that they can master balancing by this time, so that they can play efficiently. You should stop playing the game, if you feel dizzy, weak or painful.
