It is introduced by the world of extreme sports. The bungee trampoline is one of the most fascinating attractions for the adults and children. It allows the unlimited jumps up to 10 meters even for those who have no experience.</p>
<p>The bungee trampoline features an adjustable harness attached to the waist of the jumper. It is connected to bungee ropes on both sides. It allows different types of somersaults and other airborne aerobics. Because the jumper is slung up to 12-14 meters in the air.</p>
<p>The bungee trampoline is made from the quality materials like stainless steel and aluminum to offer the highest safety standards. It can be set on any high football indoor or outdoor location such as beaches, summer camps, festivals, swimming pools, amusement parks, schools, gymnasiums, acrobatic training centers and water parks.</p>
<p>The bungee trampoline follows certain safety standards and regulations. Any person with the weight between 45 to 200 pounds can easily participate in the bungee trampoline jumping. No experience is needed. Another advantage of bungee trampoline is that the people with certain disabilities can take part in jumping because the harness attached to the waist makes the jumping safer.</p>
<p>A single jumping unit has more than one trampoline which facilitates the multiple jumpers to use the bungee trampoline at the same time. Most of the recent bungee trampolines feature a client control apparatus. It can be easily operated by a single person using a counter and a timer. Recommended power supply is 110 to 230 volts and 10 amperes electrical outlet.</p>
<p>There are different models, designs and types of bungee trampolines. Some are developed to make the jumps more thrilling. The Forest maxi Bungy Trampoline has a harness and an elastic system connected to the natural trees from 5 to 20 meters high construction. The participants can jump up to 20 meters and land at the middle of the trampoline on their feet.</p>
<p>The basic configuration of the bungee trampoline features a large rig attached with the trampoline system with a bungee cord system. The rig has four separate trampolines. Hence, four people can participate in jumping at the same time. The Bungee Cord System has a hydraulic lift. It automatically re-adjusts the height settings on the rig.</p>
<p>Some precautions should be taken while jumping on the bungee trampoline. It can cause the injuries like fracture, bruises, cuts, sprains, scrapes and some serious injuries to the head and neck which may lead to paralysis and death.</p>

<p>The victims of such trampoline accidents are mostly small children up to the age of 14. Some are even younger than it. The trampoline accidents by children can be seen because of the wrong use of trampoline. The reasons of Trampoline accidents of Children can be:</p>
<p>1. Playing with friends or competing with them together on same small trampoline</p>

Thus your trampoline mat is permanently set to a safe advantage. It is available for the mats that are around 12 feet and 5 inches wide. i.e. 165 cm .</p>
<p>5. Duraclip- Duraclip extends the life of the trampoline mats by removing the perimeter stitching that is considered as the weak part of the trampoline mat. Duraclips also do not require any repairs, but it is available only for round trampoline mats.</p>

<p>When you start with any exercise, you first have to warm up yourselves. Start from slow motions to moderate ones. Slowly and simultaneously, allow your body to get used to the exercises on the trampoline and then you can increase the time period steadily.</p>
<p>You can start with the following routine:</p>
<p>1. Basic Bounce- Stand in the middle of the trampoline with your feet placed slightly apart. Bounce slowly without lifting the feet. You can hold up to the wall or a firm object nearby for balancing yourselves. Then you can lift your feet slightly as you slowly become used to it. Gradually, start increasing the height of the bounces according to your comfort with this basic bounce.</p>
<p>2. Basic Walk- Before you start bouncing, take a walk on the trampoline. You can do this by lifting your heels alternately from the trampoline and swing your arms as you walk. But do not lift your toes. This can also be used as warming up and cooling down exercise.</p>
<p>3. Basic Jog- A funny way for raising your heart rate. You can start by alternately lifting each foot from the trampoline about an inch. Rotate your arms as you jog.</p>

<p>5. Jumping Jack Bounce- This is an advanced form of exercise. As you bounce upwards, spread your feet as much possible by bringing your hands on the head. The joints are at ease by this exercise on a trampoline.</p>
