Cool Trampoline Tricks
Trampoline is an activity that gives you great fun, but at the same time you have to be very careful while performing the stunts on the trampoline. Or else you will land up with broken joints or knees, etc. there are a few tricks which I'm going to share with you to prevent you from injuries and be safe while trampolining.
See that the safety pads are placed on the metal side of the trampoline frame. Safety pads are very important to protect you if anytime, you land off the bed. You should also use spotters for catching or warning you, if you are very near to the edge. While mounting on the trampoline, be careful to climb on the bed. Do not get injured while leaping on the frame. At the same time, be careful while dismounting. You should climb on the frame instead of bouncing the surface of the floor. Master mounting and dismounting before you try new stunts.
In the beginning, bounce at a lower height for getting the feel of the trampoline. As you feel comfortable with the trampoline bed, then you can start bouncing higher. The canvas should be hit with your feet at about 18 inch apart and then bend your knees. The moment you land allow your arms to come down to your sides. Use simple bounces till you feel comfortable and natural, and then you can try different variations.
The half pirouette bounce is very easy to learn. It should be started with a regular bounce. But, rather than swinging your arms above the head, pull them outside across the stomach. This helps in spinning better. Some modern tricks include flips and somersaults. They can be performed forwards and backwards. You need to be very confident as well as comfortable while bouncing before you try new attempts. Once you master the basic abilities, you can make it spicy by adding spins to it.

To prevent any mishaps, always start by warm-up exercises and some simple bounces. Once you get comfortable, you can start on. Always place the headed neck in a natural position to prevent yourself from hurting.
