A small space between the tiles allows rain water to drain. The wood tiles are real wood and have to be treated and sealed for use outdoors.

The decking tiles are perfect for the indoor/outdoor areas such as enclosed porches, gazebos, greenhouses, and sunrooms. What could be better for a basement floor or workshop? Anyone can install the tiles just by placing the first one and interlocking the rest. Because they can be removed, they can be used to tile the floor of an apartment bathroom or kitchen. In fact, the only limit to the uses of decking tiles is your need and imagination.
