Trampoline exercises provide great fun and enjoyment. You can exercise all your body parts and ease your joints easily. You can also add acrobatic movements to your bouncing to raise your workout. There are certain tips provided while exercising on the mini trampoline. You must follow these Basic tips before exercising, while exercising and after exercising for safety reasons.

* The first important thing while using the trampoline is balancing. If you are new to it, firstly should try to balance yourself by simply standing on the trampoline. Once you master in balancing, then you can exercise safely.

* It is suggested to use sturdy working shoes when you bounce on the mini trampoline. Bouncing can also be done barefooted. What is important to consider is that you should not harm your feet while using the trampoline.

* Try out smaller movements, once you learn to balance carefully. Start with small bounces without lifting your feet. You can take support of a wall or an adjoining sturdy object if you feel that you cannot balance properly or will loose your balance.

* Once you master with the balancing challenge, increase your bounces to lift your feet above the surface of the trampoline. Then try to jog slowly and lastly the jumping jack style. Be sure that now you can balance well, otherwise you may fall or hurt yourself.

* Set regular sessions for exercising everyday. Create a pattern of exercise for yourself. While rebounding, the toxins are being cleaned out from your body. So it is suggested to drink lots of water to be fit and healthy.

* Avoid exercising under the influence of medications, drugs or alcohol. If you feel dizzy, difficult to breathe or some painful sensations, then immediately seek for medical help.

* Wear clothing that will not distract you and allow free movements. Avoid wearing jewellery, watches or things that ,may get hung and cause difficulty.

* You can advance your mini trampoline exercises by including twists, skipping, jumping jacks or other challenging activities after building up the required co-ordination and strength, as well.
