Gymnastic Trampoline
A trampoline is a recreational and sporting device. The construction of the device is done with the use of tightly stretched fabric fixed on the steel frame. For creating bouncing effect the use of springs are made to join it with the frame. Thus while jumping on the trampoline, you can rebound in the air and can feel like flying in the air. Mostly this is considered as the fun activity and it is a part of fun sport for kids and youngsters.
But the use of trampoline is now made for the sports. The Gymnastics on Trampolines is one of such games. For this purpose, different types of Gymnastic Trampoline are built. Such trampolines are developed skillfully and with much observation and requirements for the sport. Such kinds of trampolines are used by trained athletes.
The gymnasts are trained generally on rectangular trampolines. They are designed specially with high quality material frames and the main fabric in the middle for jumping or the beds are made of Polypropylene. The springs are also made of galvanized steel. Thus it shows better effect as compared to other mini trampolines. With the proper training, one can bounce even up to 10 meters or more in the air.
Some trampolines are foldable or non-foldable. Some such trampolines are having protective foam pad covers on the outer side on the frame to avoid any accidents.
The trampoline bouncing can be done by any one at ones place, but to enter the competition or while taking the training on Gymnastic trampolines, one has to take care of following instructions.
1) Do not go under or on the trampoline when someone is already jumping on it. It may cause injury to both you and the other person jumping on it.
2) Without the proper food intakes, do not start the training sessions. The jumping on the trampoline will be quite dangerous if you are ill, tired or under the medical treatments.
3) The use of special gym shoes should be done during the competition. This may be helpful any slipping because of socks and shoes.
4) Specially avoid the landing from the head side on the trampoline. This may cause some serious injuries or back and neck pains.
