5 Now plant in this stuff by digging straight through the ground. Cover the seed with enough soil.

6 The covering of paper will prevent wild plants or grass.

To fight the wild plant and grass mulching is the right way. It will act as super hero. It will help in keeping moisture and feed your garden along with this it will keep once shoes clean.

So the main thing here is that what is mulching? Mulching is the process of lying down things like grass clipping, newspapers on the top of the soil.
